Returns & Exchange:

 

1.     Our Returns Policy:

 

If you make a purchase online but change your mind once you’ve received your order under the Consumer Contract Regulation 2013, you are entitles to a full refund via your original payment method, provided you notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your order. Items must be returned to us in a condition fit for resale and therefore must not have been used. All perishable item or any other item like Mask etc are non refundable

 

2.     Faulty & Damaged Goods:

 

If you make a purchase online but find when you receive your item is either faulty or damaged, then you have up to 30 days to reject the goods, from the date of purchase, and return it back to us. Remember to get in touch before returning. Please don’t use any faulty items after finding the fault, or we may not be able to provide a refund.

 

3.     Cancelling A Contract Under The Consumer Contract Regulations:

 

If you’re a customer in the EEA, you get 14 days to cancel your contract with us, starting the day after the day on which the goods come into the physical possession of the consumer or the person that they ask us to deliver the goods to. Please email us to cancel your contract.

If you are cancelling your contract with us but have already received your order, Returns Policy requires you to return the item(s), and inform us by emailing us.

 

4.     How Long Will My Return Take To Be Processed?

 

If you are an EEA customer and you have exercised your legal right to change your mind and cancel your order, we will refund you within 14 days from the day we receive your items back from you or (if earlier) within 14 days from the day you provide us with evidence that you have sent them back to us.

 

If you are an EEA customer and you have returned faulty items and asked for a refund, we will process your refund within 14 days of the date we agree that you are entitled to a refund.

 

For other customers, it may take up to 21 days for your refund to be processed after you have returned your item(s) to our warehouse.

 

Faulty products returned by you will be refunded in full, including a refund for the delivery charges for sending the item and the reasonable costs of return. However if there is more than the returned faulty item in the same order, the delivery charge will not be refunded.

 

If you are an EEA customer and you have exercised your legal right to change your mind and cancel your order, we will refund you the price paid for your order and the costs of delivery to you, however we may make deductions from your refund for damage or wear and tear to items where you have used (or excessively handled) them and this results in the value of the items being diminished and we will not be required to refund you any costs you incur returning your order to us after exercising your right to cancel.

 

In the event that we do not receive your rejected or returned goods, we will ask you to provide the certificate of posting from your Post office or applicable returns service location as proof of postage. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we do not receive your rejected or returned goods and you are unable to provide the certificate of posting.

 

We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

 

5.     Can I Make An Exchange Instead of Refund?

 

We don’t offer exchanges right now. You can return your item to us for a refund, and then place a new order to get the item of your choice.

 

6.     Your Statutory Rights:

 

Our refund policy does not affect your statutory rights in respect of faulty or damaged goods.

 

7.     Do You Refund Delivery/Postage Charges Too?

 

When you make a purchase online you have up to 14 days to cancel your contract and return your unwanted goods to us. You will be entitled to a full refund, provided you meet the terms of our Returns Policy. Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund any delivery or postage charges.

  • Standard shipping is £7.95 per order.
  • Free standard shipping in the UK on orders over £ 119.9
  • Orders must be received by 2 pm for next day delivery.
  • Expedited shipping is £7.99 per order.
  • My Hermes delivery service is used for standard deliveries.
  • Royal Mail is used for expedited deliveries.

Online orders delivered under £119.9 + vat  will incur a delivery charge of £7.95 + vat all orders over £119.9 plus vat are delivered free

Deliveries to the following destinations will be subject to an additional £26.95 +VAT surcharge:
